Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Each customer will automatically receive an email upon order delivery with links to begin a refund or replacement process, if needed. Alternatively, you can also contact us at nathan@reraises.com to initiate a refund or replacement. Customers will be able to choose to either receive a full refund, or to have their product replaced. After initiating a refund, a full refund will be remitted within 10 business days of the request, or a replacement product will be sent, if preferred.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
