Others reflect back to us what we give out to the world, and vice versa. I'm grateful for these lessons, as they allow me to become a better version of myself through genuine self-reflection. This is how we can grow, forgive ourselves, and others, recognizing the wounds and pain behind most aggressions. The path to grace. 

At the same time, I believe not everyone else is a mirror of self, nor is everything others show us a reflection of self. How we choose to view others and respond makes all the difference in the world, too. It is a delicate dance.

There is a time for brave shadow work, and there is a time to give ourselves a break to dive back into life. There is always more to heal, more to love, and more to learn. Only YOU know the correct timing for each from within. Be kind to yourself, and remember to take time away from "the mirror" to smell the deliciously scented healing roses ;)
